What led you to your current role with EquaCare? 

I put the business plan and model together

My team, the horses, the clients and making a difference

The unconditional love

This business and all the people and clients involved 

What advice would you give to someone just starting in your industry?

You don't have to have a degree, you just have to be willing to work hard and be a decent human being 

You’re hosting a dinner party for friends - what’s on the menu? 

Home grown lamb roast with yorkshire puddings. Apple Pie and custard for desert 

If you could time travel, what era would you go to and why?

Thought about this one, I wouldn't travel back, everything happened for a reason, I also wouldn't travel forward as I don't want to know the future. I suppose i'm happy right where I am, my only wish would be lose a wrinkle or two and ride a horse to the office!
