She founded EquaCare in 2021, building a retail range of 25 products under her own brand, along with the company's first Schedule 4 veterinary-only equine product, launched in 2025. In 2026, EquaCare became EquaVetz, backed by the founders of VetzPetz.

Annie Kunert
National Sales Manager
Annie brings extensive sales and brand management experience, along with a lifelong passion for horses and the equestrian industry. Prior to EquaVetz, she was Store DIrector at Sephora (LVMH), leading a team of over 100 people across one of the world's biggest beauty retail brands. She now leads EquaVetz's national sales team, building strong relationships with retailers, industry professionals and customers across Australia. As a dedicated equestrian herself, Annie combines genuine product knowledge with a practical understanding of the needs of both horses and their owners.

Lucy Dwyer
National Operations Manager
Lucy joined the team in 2022 with extensive operations experience, including as Operations Manager for one of Australia’s leading horse transport companies. With a lifelong passion for horses, Lucy has been riding since she could walk. Her experience spans from pony club through to open-level eventing competition, giving her a deep understanding of the equestrian industry and a strong commitment to horse welfare. She is known for her hard-working, honest and reliable approach, with a proven focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients, horses and the business.
