EquaVetz × Horseland: Apex Digest+ giveaway

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by EQUAVETZ PTY LTD (ABN 31 650 408 861), Suite 1001, 1 Newland Street, BONDI JUNCTION NSW 2022, AUSTRALIA (the "Promoter"). Contact: info@equavetz.com.au or 1300 366 230.

Horseland is a promotional partner. Horseland is not the Promoter and is not responsible for running the promotion, selecting the winner or supplying the prize.

2. Promotional period

Entries open at 12:00 am AEDT on 19 November 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 16 December 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older. Employees of the Promoter and Horseland, their immediate families, and anyone else connected with running the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

During the Promotional Period, visit the official giveaway page on equavetz.com.au and complete the online entry form with your name, email address, mobile number and state.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. A limit of one entry per person applies. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or automated entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive four (4) 1.8 kg buckets of EquaVetz Apex Digest+, representing a year's supply as advertised.

The total prize value is over AUD $1,500 (including GST), based on the recommended retail price at the start of the Promotional Period.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law or permit conditions.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be drawn at random by electronic selection from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place at 11:00 am AEDT on 17 December 2026 at Suite 1001, 1 Newland Street, BONDI JUNCTION NSW 2022.

7. Winner notification and claim

The winner will be notified by email and phone, using the details provided on the entry form, within two business days of the draw.

The winner must respond and claim the prize by 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 December 2026. If the prize is not claimed by then, a redraw will take place at 11:00 am AEDT on 7 January 2027 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified within two business days and must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.

The winner's first name, last initial and state will be published on the EquaVetz website and social media channels by 24 December 2026, or within seven days of any redraw.

8. Prize delivery

The Promoter will deliver the prize, at no cost to the winner, to a street address in Australia supplied by the winner. Delivery will be arranged within 14 days of the prize being claimed. The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

9. Verification and fair conduct

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence to verify an entrant's identity, age, residency and entry details. Entries that breach these terms may be declared invalid.

If the promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and any permit conditions.

10. Social media

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform. Entrants release those platforms from any liability connected with the promotion.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize. It will not be shared with Horseland unless an entrant separately agrees.

Information will be handled in accordance with the EquaVetz Privacy Policy. Entrants will only receive EquaVetz marketing emails if they opt in separately on the entry form.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entering the promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Tax

The winner is responsible for any tax implications of receiving the prize and should seek independent financial advice if unsure.

14. General

Entering the promotion means accepting these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision on any matter relating to the promotion is final.

15. Permits

No trade promotion permit is required for this promotion.
